We are not like other civil engineers

But our real differentiator is that we constantly strive to find measurable and meaningful ways to enhance the natural, social, and built environments that we live in.
Meet the team
There is so much we could say about the services we offer, the projects we’ve worked on, the ingenious solutions we have developed. But none of it is possible without our people. Our team is small yet capable, allowing us to provide personalised input without sacrificing expertise and quality.

Our Services
We deal with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, adding value through the lifecycle of the project from concept to consenting to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, earthworks design, erosion and sediment control, water supply, stormwater, and wastewater drainage, and roading.
We work closely with Planners and other specialists to deliver Resource Consents for land use and subdivision projects. Our goal is to identify and communicate the civil risks as early as possible, both for consenting and construction, to ensure that these can be addressed without surprises.
Many projects requiring Resource Consent will also require Engineering Approval and Building Consent. Whether that be for drainage or for a common accessway, we are intimately familiar with the Engineering Codes of Practice requirements and understand the intricacies of the consenting process.
Residential land development is our bread and butter. We have been in involved in a wide range of residential developments – from two-lot infill developments to multi-hundred lot master planned developments.
No two sites are similar, and every development comes with its own unique sets of challenges. We look forward to helping you unlock the full development potential of your site.
We have extensive experience in commercial and industrial developments around Auckland, ranging from multi-storey commercial buildings to large warehouses and logistics yards. We tailor our approach to suit your needs to help achieve your vision for your development.
