Andrew is a highly experienced civil engineer with over 28 years’ experience delivering civil and infrastructure projects across New Zealand and South Africa. He has led the design, documentation, and construction supervision of a wide range of developments, including major projects such as Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, the New Zealand International Convention Centre, and Middlemore Hospital. He brings broad expertise across the civil infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on land development and practical project delivery.

Sulthan Ageel

Senior Civil Engineer

BEngTech (Civil), MEngNZ

Sulthan is an experienced civil engineer who has contributed to a wide range of projects across both the private and public sectors. He has a strong focus on stormwater management, including flood and overland flow path modelling, water-sensitive urban design, and stormwater quality and quantity treatment. He brings a practical and analytical approach to design, supporting effective and compliant outcomes across a variety of development types.

Peter Kim

Civil Designer

Dip. Eng (Civil)

Peter is an experienced civil designer with over nine years’ experience delivering land development and infrastructure projects across Auckland. He specialises in Civil 3D modelling, subdivision design, three waters infrastructure, and earthworks modelling. He brings a strong focus on accurate documentation and practical design, supporting efficient project delivery from concept through to construction in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Jack Lichtwark

Engineering Student

Jack is a Civil Engineering student developing practical experience in land development and civil infrastructure. Through his work at Calthom and ongoing university studies, he is building a strong foundation in civil engineering design, construction processes, and project delivery. He supports the team across a variety of projects, contributing to the delivery of practical and effective engineering solutions.
